We are pleased to advise our members that nominations are open for the office bearer roles on the WHRN Executive Committee. These will be appointed and /or voted on at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held on Monday 23 September, 2024 from 2 PM to 3.30PM
IMPORTANT: Please RSVP here to attend the AGM by completing the Zoom registration.
Commitment
- The Executive Committee will require a commitment to participate in a minimum of 75% of the monthly meetings and varying additional hours per month related to preparation of reports or notes associated with the responsibilities of the role.
- We would welcome individuals from our organisational members to consider nominating to the Executive.
- Nomination are welcome for ordinary members position on the Executive who would be keen to contribute but are unsure of how to do this at present.

Nominations
The 2024 call for nominations are open for all positions. Nominations for Executive Committee office bearers and ordinary members must be made in writing and signed by two Executive members, and accompanied by a written consent/email from the candidate. Nomination forms need to be lodged via email to admin@whrn.network by 8 pm on Monday 16 September. The nomination form can be completed and submitted online below.
